Melinda Hevner was born in Pennsylvania. She has recently returned to where her heart always remained, Williamsport. Melinda is an extremely independent, keen witted, non-conformist whose singular personality and patient observation are the attributes that distinguish her art. Her focus is on customized, one-of-a-kind individual designs. Her medium is as varied as her interests, including: pen and ink, graphics, leather, portraits, painting, truthfully most anything that requires an artist eye. |
